Check in process was fine. Staff was friendly. When I checked into my room, I found that the TV was not working right. Could not get any local network affiliates. The refrigerator would not stay closed. By the time I informed the front desk of these issues, I was informed that maintenance had left for the day and was offered a different room. I accepted. The TV in the new room worked fine. The refrigerator was staying closed. However, the refrigerator did not seem to be cooling. I turned up the temperature. Will check on it when I get back from work. UPDATE; Maintenance fixed the fridge and it is now cooling .Had a hiccup on my reservation. But the manager was very helpful in getting that corrected. Thank you Mary for your assistance and going above and beyond to assist me. Your staff has been wonderful also.
Overall it was a great experience! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Two things really topped it off for me....the quality of the provided bathroom products, and an ice bucket next to the hot coffee! Those thoughtful and quality touches were a great surprise!
